We are looking for a dynamic Support Engineer to provide our customers with remote and on-site technical support in conjunction with others in our support team. You will need to ensure that service level agreements are met whilst delivering reliable technical solutions to issues raised by our customers.


A minimum of 2-years hands on experience in an Desktop / Server support environment
Logical approach to problem solving
Excellent communications skills with good time management
Driver’s license with own transport

Technical experience in the following areas:

Desktop Operating Systems (XP / 7 / 8 / 10)
Microsoft Office Suites (Office 2010 – 2016)
Backup Solutions
Administration of Microsoft Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012
Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
Administration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016


Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
Linux knowledge
Knowledge of N-Central
Virtual Technology (VMware, Hyper-V )
